The Spirited Lads Irish Music Band Releases Debut Album

Anaheim, California (April 2016) – Traditional Irish music band released their debut album entitled “The Spirited Lads” in time for St. Patrick’s Day 2016.

The self-titled, twelve-song album draws from the legacy of great Irish folk tunes and ballads. The Spirited Lads have been inspired by artists including The Clancy Brothers, The Dubliners, and balladeers like Christy Moore and Paul Brady. Those familiar with Irish music will recognize the classic songs. Those who are new to the genre will be toe-tapping and singing along in an instant. The album has a balance of happy and sad songs. Tunes include sailing songs, songs of liberation and, of course, whiskey, beer and carousing.

“Working with The Spirited Lads was a real pleasure. They are talented musicians with a large following of Irish music enthusiasts. The songs on the album are infectious. You can’t help wanting to swing your pint of Guinness, or Harp, and sing along,” commented producer Brian Leshon” Leshon coproduced the album with The Spirited Lads, recording and mixing the album at UNIT-O, a professional recording studio in Anaheim, California.

The Spirited Lads CD is available on CD Baby (http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/thespiritedlads1), Amazon and it is available for download on iTunes.
